Use of the website
By accessing our website, you guarantee the following:
You will use this website legally and for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
You are obliged not to use the site in illegal or malicious ways, such as uploading viruses or hacking attempts t,or entering prohibited sections of the site.
Bookings and payments
All bookings are subject to availability.
Upon confirmation, you will receive a detailed itinerary and payment instructions.
A deposit may be required to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due before your tour starts.
Accepted payment methods include bank transfers, credit / debit cards and other secure online payment systems.
Prices are quoted in dollars and include taxes unless otherwise stated.
Cancellation and refund policy
Cancellations must be sent in writing by e-mail.
Refunds depend on the time of cancellation before the start date of the trip or tour:
More than 30 days: full refund minus processing fee.
15-30 days: 50% refund.
Less than 15 days: no refund. Because we book hotels and campsites 20 days before the start date of the trip in order to avoid any problems.
In case of cancellation due to force majeure (such as natural disasters, epidemics), we offer rescheduling or partial refund depending on the circumstances.
Responsibilities and obligations
Moroccan travel agencies are responsible for providing the services described in the confirmed itinerary.
We are not responsible for any delays, losses, injuries or damages arising from actions beyond our control, including for example natural disasters, strikes or transportation problems.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that they meet the Passport, Visa and health requirements for entry and travel within the kingdom of Morocco .
Changes to the itinerary
We reserve the right to make minor changes to the itineraries due to weather or safety reasons.
In the event of significant changes, you will be informed about them immediately and, if necessary, alternative solutions will be provided to avoid any inconvenience.
